Abstract:
A total of 65 patients with the chronic vascular encephalopathy (HVE) stage II-III (43 women, 22 men) was examined. In all patients, the diagnosis was verified by means of neuroimaging techniques (MRT or CT). The study of the structure of space-time relationship with the environment in patients with different localization of ischemic lesion showed that the temporal relations are disturbed in any location of the ischemic lesion, but in most, if diffuse spreading ischemia. Spatial relationships with the environment are violated in the localization of lesions in the left hemisphere, do not change significantly in the defeat of the trunk and even improving - in diffuse foci of ischemia. All four groups of patients significantly differed for the two indicators: the response time to the moving object and the amount of errors made in estimating the angles. Sensitive markers were damaged index and speed of communicative activity that violated at the left-hand and diffuse localization of ischemia. A study of personal resources showed a statistically significant decline in the integrated psychological characteristics of the «viability» and its component «involvement» in all four groups of patients with ischemic brain damage. It should be emphasized that the most pronounced decrease in total viability and its components are found in patients with the presence of alexithymia. It was found that the most severe alexithymia met in groups with right and diffuse brain damage. In addition, the majority of patients self-identified violations of conduct: in the group with right of self-injury distortion behavior is more common than in other groups, and they were due, apparently, a violation of spatio-temporal organization of mental processes (assessment and playback time intervals and the spatial coordinates).
