Abstract:
The main purpose of the automated complex planning and control (ACPC) is planning the work of the target spacecraft equipment, as well as in the preparation of input data for the planning of land means. Problem area is complex. It contains many components and connections of different types. Moreover, a set of components and connections change during the life cycle of ACPC. For solving the tasks of life cycle of ACPC a lot of knowledge and data. The purpose of ACPC is realized in the process of knowledge management and data. The article briefly describes the tools of knowledge management and data of ACPC. Achievements and promising results are presented. Problem area of knowledge management and data of ACPC analyzed. The list of subtasks, the solution of which must be provided to fulfill purpose of ACPC is given. Knowledge and data used in the solution of these subtasks are briefly considered. The life cycle of data and knowledge considered. Some features specific to work with the knowledge and data are marked. It is noted in particular, that ACPC must be able to solve not only the regular, but non-standard applications. That is, the means for a system for the gradual intellectualization required. Overall assessment of the current state of mathematical and software tools is given. It should be noted, that at present the software and hardware continue to grow rapidly. However, remain unresolved, in general, such task as reliable verification of software and hardware, and the task of ensuring their fault tolerance. The cycle of development and modification of applications, which is characteristic of modern software tools, is analyzed. These tools have significant drawbacks. These deficiencies can lead to loss of significant volumes of valuable knowledge used in complex systems. Considered cycle development and modification of applications is estimated as bulky, inconvenient, time-consuming and unreliable. Nevertheless, it is possible a significant improvement in the situation. Improvement is possible thanks to an adequate formalization of the problem domain and the proper organization of knowledge management and data. The concept of environment of radicals selected as the basis for an approach to knowledge management and data. This concept was created by A.V. Chechkin. The main provisions of this concept are considered. Special formalism - formalism schemes of radicals - also briefly considered. This is RADICAL - the universal language of informatics. The use of bi-directional method of avoiding conflicts among the radicals provided for solutions for standard and non-standard tasks. This is - the method of synthesis of the target radical solving the next task. Formalism schemes radicals and bidirectional method of avoiding conflicts - the basis of intellectualization ACPC. We consider the three level structure of knowledge management and data in ACPC. Example circuit of radicals, characteristic for the given the problem area is presented. Different representations of schemes of radicals are briefly considered. Organization of knowledge management and data presented in this paper corresponds to the target of ACPC. Such organization is also consistent with the current level of development of software tools. This organization regulates the use of management knowledge and data, provides their generalization, safety and accessibility. Such an organization will contribute to the development of new, more efficient methods for solving problems. It will contribute to intellectualization, continuity and sustainable development of complex systems belonging to class of ACPC.
