Process of globalization of the company, associations, merger of commercial and government institutions is inseparably linked with need of the solution of questions of optimization, increase of efficiency and controllability that in turn, as a rule, demands modernization of IT infrastructure. One of possible solutions of IT enterprise capacity allowing to optimize is application of technology of virtualization. Application of technologies of virtualization allowed to carry out merger of heterogeneous systems, for example, which were used in various organizations before association. Situational the centers which form organizational IT structure which carries out set of actions according to the analysis of situations and decision-making, thus application of information technologies allows to make this process by more effective. Need for which creation is dictated, first of all, by need for creation of standard mechanisms of interaction between different information streams. The analysis of modern approaches shows that virtualization occupies an intermediate level between hardware resources and the service software, providing the most flexible and reliable granting resources. At the organization of similar structures doesn\'t do and without difficulties. The network IT infrastructure has to provide the guaranteed data transmission between the terminal and server equipment. The network of the data-processing centers constructed according to such concept like a corporate network, is under construction according to the three-level scheme. The main means of virtualization which is the cornerstone of cloudy rule which become a key variation of application of technologies of virtualization for today, the virtualization platform representing set of the software ensuring functioning with virtual computers - hypervisors and control systems acts. Planning of cloudy system means a choice of the platforms available in the modern market, according to certain requirements. Thus, we face a problem of a choice and need carrying out the comparative analysis and development of a technique of a choice of a platform of virtualization.
