Abstract:
The designed device summer-subtractor in ternary system of the numeration (reckoning), form the bits by the rules adding numbers in ternary system of the numeration (reckoning). The Result of the adding two numbers are senior and younger categories of the amount, categories of the carrying in senior categories.
