Abstract:
Study on the regularities of the processes of adaptation of students to the learning activity is one of the actual problems of modern physiology. The deployment of the adaptation process is accompanied by changes in the status of the autonomic nervous system and the central regulatory mechanisms. The aim of this study was to identify the vegetative part of the mechanisms of adaptation to training activities in high school students of the Faculty of natural sciences. Study of the vegetative part of the mechanisms of adaptation was carried out with the help of the hardware-software complex "Varikard-2.51. In the dynamics of physiological monitoring the students dominated the parasympathetic tone. Sympathetic tone less labile and throughout the survey period is within the normal range (1545%). Thus, we surveyed students adapt to training activities with increasingly parasympathetic tone, so adequate mobilization of physiological resources makes it difficult for a reduced level of activity of ergotropic structures. Judging by index Vago-sympathetic interactions (LF/HF) adaptation to learning activity on 1 course in emotionally-neutral periods more is due to the predominance of the parasympathetic, and before and after examination by the domination of sympathetic tone. In the second year, as a freshman, the domination of parasympathetic tone typical of emotionally-neutral period at the beginning of the school year (November) and in the situation after the exam. Sympathetic tone is involved in ensuring the adaptation before the exam and in emotionally-neutral period at the end of the academic year (May). The majority of respondents identified a vagotonic type of regulation, and the leading role in adaptation in our survey group belongs to the parasympathetic Division of the autonomic nervous system. According to Psychophysiological model Porges (1991) domination of parasympathetic tone guarantees, since birth, the preservation of the intelligence. In addition, the tone of the right vagus nerve is the biological basis of mental stability and moral Human Adaptation (Agadzhanyan N.A. et al., 2006). People with domination of parasympathetic tone for mental adaptation with this tone of the chosen strategy of suppressing negative emotions. Incoordination of the autonomic tone, with the dominance of the parasympathetic division of the ANS is not completed, students have been stepped up since the parasympathetic tone provides high resilience and mental adaptation.
