Abstract:
Sports are a complex multilevel process aimed at achieving the high status of acclimatization and minimize its physiological value. The complex assessment of the current neurophysiological state of the athletes described by parameters of adequate indicators of activity of the central nervous system is thus important. Study of neurophysiological features athletes will quickly determine the functional State of the central nervous system, the degree of fatigue when playing sports, adjust the individual volume and intensity of sports exercise, avoiding the development phases of exhaustion (Litvinova N.A., 2008; Shakhanova A.V., et al., 2011). On the basis of the Academy of physical culture and sports of Southern Federal University students involved and not involved in sports, to determine the functional reserves of the CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM of its main functional features (anxiety, reactivity, mobility, sustainability, regulation) conducted tests of simple Visual-motor (PAMI) and auditory-motor reactions (SMR). Students are involved in sports, identified reliable hronorefleksometrii methods better than their peers, not involved in sports. The speed was defined by the PAMI and specificity of PSMR chosen sport. Study of the reaction rate on light stimulus after standard physical exertion has revealed differences in the direction of changing the values in the groups studied. The non-athletes performance response time light stimulus increased, athletes have decreased. Identified a direct correlation of the changes of time latency period of reaction of the acclimatization of the athlete. In our view, this is a manifestation of the effect of the warm up on the body of an athlete with the intensification of the functioning of the nervous system as a result of physical activity. The higher the level of trained, the better functioning of the nervous system. In the Group of athletes is significantly reduced intra-group variation in timing of reactions. That confirms the Adaptive responses of the nervous system in the process of systematic physical load.
