Formal integration of scientific and technical information in the area of design and application of neurocomputers

Abstract:
The article is devoted to actual aspects of integration of scientific and technical information (STI). In article methodical approaches are given for integration of information resources in the area of design and application of neurocomputers. Realization of these approaches promotes not only to effective search and exchange of information, but also improvement of quality of process of carrying out scientific researches by the intellectual analysis of integrated information, its research in interests of receiving new knowledge, tracking of tendencies of development of science and technics. The formality of information integration is connected with development of metadescriptions of integrated information on the basis of the concepts which are meeting the requirements of minimization and a representativeness. For creation of such metadescriptions the composition of concepts of STI is offered. In interests of the formal integration of scientific and technical information in the area of development and use of neurocomputers the structure of database of metadata is created. As a source for filling of database of metadata it is offered to use bibliographic descriptions of scientific publications which satisfy to criteria of minimization, representativeness and completeness of information. Logical continuation of young researches in interests of a solution of the problem of integration of STI in the area of design and application of neurocomputers seems in creation of the scientific and methodical means of semantic integration of scientific publications.
