Neurocomputing in its convergent technologies - practice and humanitarian implications

Abstract:
The basic goal of the paper is to investigate mutual influence of neurocomputer-s and convergence technologies - paradigms and reflection of their problems in traditional philosophical notions. The most complicated point of classic science and metaphysics - indeterminism - can be «embodied» in a neural network (in a form of a notion-s diffusion in the network) and can bring to the new understanding of what convergent technologies (for example, neurocomputer interface) have to do with neurocomputer practice. «Nano-bio-info-cogno» technologies bring flexibility and mobility to all those problems of neurocomputing that could earlier be solved only on a «statical manner». Cognitive processes in artificial and natural neural networks can now be understood on the ground of a convergent technologies with the help of a new understanding of differentiation between holistic and partititial methodologies.
