Creation of the system information-measurement converter

Abstract:
In article relevance is designated and need of the solution of tasks of construction is information measuring systems. On the example of the adaptive digital measuring converter of parameters of harmonious signals on the basis of threefold developing transformation the technique of creation of the model, allowing to estimate parameters of system and to improve structure of component blocks for further creation of information and measuring systems on the basis of neuronetwork technologies is shown. The way of increase of informational content and increase in possibility of an assessment of parameters is offered in the analysis of harmonious signals. The block diagram of the adaptive intelligent converter capable to make measurement of parameters of a harmonious signal and to integrate data with information system is provided. Features of creation of model of the information and measuring converter are given. Results allowing to give a positive assessment to the executed experiments are presented.
