The task of optimization structure organization system of hierarchical type is decide. The optimization of structure realized on the basis of method discrete choice of system. The optimal structure is determine for type limitations on number of executors =24 and cost system =246 units. Directions, that the limitations is influence of the task of optimization. By type limitations, the optimal system is four-level-s system with standard of control on first, second and third level of system equally 3, 2 and 4, number of information-s sources equally 3.
