In models of modular arithmetics with a full range machine modular format of a data presentation, the set of modular and not modular operations of this arithmetics, a set of item characteristics modular sizes are defined. The set of basic modular operations of modular arithmetics includes addition, subtraction, multiplication, calculation of inverce additive and multiplicate values with respect to modules of the system of residual classes. Algorithms of performing these operations have linear estimations of complexity of calculations concerning the quantity of a components of modular representations.
