The analysis of possibility of application beural packages and modern technologies of the databases structure for working out diagnostic systems which can estimate the condition of the cardiovascular system with the possibility to retrain on the basis of the saved up data is carried out. Relative simplicity of wording out of the similar systems on the basis of the available software products having high degree of integration is shown.
