The local rank filtering tasks of two-dimensional binary arrays by cellular neural net with threshold gates is considered. For its decision it is offered to use a cellular automata with Boolean local function obtained by recurrence methods and then transformed to threshold type. The detailed synthesis technique of recurrence methods and methods complexity are resulted.
