The questions of artificial neural networks use in tasks of the operative control of dynamics of complex object in an extreme situation are discussed. The neural networks are considered as competing computing technology. The basic attention addresses on the control of dynamic characteristics in conditions of continuous change of object dynamics and environment. The analysis is carried out with reference to an estimation of behavior of dynamic object, which is taking place under influence random disturbance.
