Abstract:
Regularities of the laser assisted electron-beam evaporation of silver bro-mide on the structure and morphology of the deposited coatings were defined. Process of evaporation was carried out by a electron beam current density J = 50-500 A/m2, particles energy Е = 0,1-2,5 кeV. As the assisted radiation was used nanosecond UV radiation with a wavelength λ = 266 nm and energy of a laser impulse 120 mJ. It is shown that additional photolytic impact of a laser radiation on a target reduces growth rate of deposition. The increase content of bro-mine in target was registered. It is demonstrates the dissociation of silver bromide in a target. By the EDAX and UV-Vis spectroscopy the formation of nano-claters of silver and silver bromide in deposited coatings was established. High-temperature treatment and subsidiary impact of UV-radiation on a coating promotes increase content of silver, leads to formation of more smooth topography.
