Abstract:
Amorphous and nanocrystalline alloys Fe-(4-25) at.% B were studied by pulsed nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) nuclei 11B and 57Fe at 4,2 K. Samples of 23 compounds (9 - nanocrystalline and 18 of amorphous alloys were manufactured. The structure of samples of alloys thoroughly checked by x-ray diffraction. Only samples of amorphous alloys were selected for the study. These samples were further treated as amorphous The dependence of the NMR spectra on the composition and heat treatments was examined. First experimental evidence of nanocluster structure of amorphous alloys Fe-B are presented. Atomic and magnetic structure of amorphous (nanocluster) and nanocrystalline alloys was determined. It is shown that amorphous alloys consist of nanoclusters type tetragonal and orthorhombic phases Fe3B and α-Fe.
