Metastable spin transfer in layered heterosructures with adynamic supersymmetric state

Abstract:
They discussed the phenomenon of stabilization of the spin-dependent transport in porous nanoheterostructures in slowly changing magnetic fields due to the occurrence of dynamic supersymmetry between the electronic states and the electron- hole pairs. It is shown that the excitation of an alternating magnetic resonance and electromagnetic fields of the atoms of metals in nanofields diamagnetic layer heterostructures is the exchange interaction (pairing) of the electrons with spin «down», and electrons with spin «up» to form a hole. As a result, the electrons of opposite attraction supercharges and hole localization of fermion pairs of electrons and holes with the acquisition of the dipole moment is formed metastable supersymmetric three-body negative exciton spin- polarized charge carriers.
