Crystal structure local atomic and magnetic order in nanocristal alloys Fe<sub>85</sub>B<sub>15</sub> and Fe<sub>77</sub>B<sub>23</sub>

Abstract:
Study of short-term annealings above the crystallization temperatures of amorphous samples of Fe85B15 and Fe77B23 alloys has been measured by Mossbauer effect and a X-ray methods. It has been shown that in samples of Fe85B15 alloy above temperature of the full crystallisation the nanocrystals of α-Fe of a size 40± 3 nanometers, nanocrystals of tetragonal (t) and orthorhombic (o) phases Fe3B of a size 60± 3 nanometers are formed. Change of the boron content of in alloys changes a composition of nanocrystal samples. At magnification of the boron content of leads to phase inhibition of nanocrystals of o - Fe3B phase in alloy Fe77B23.
