Synthesis and morphology of nanocomposite coatings based on zinc oxide and polymethylmethacrylate, obtained by electron-beam dispersion in conditions of laser assistance

Abstract:
Kinetic features of deposition, molecular structure and morphology of zinc oxide layers and composite coatings based on zinc oxide and polymethylmethacrylate are defined. Composite coatings were deposited from gas phase, produced by electron-beam dispersion of the mixture of carbonic zinc and polymethylmethacrylate in conditions of laser assistance and in conditions its - absence. It was shown that aftertreatment of the dispersion zone by laser radiation causes increase of pressure of volatile products, initiates the processes of acetous zinc decomposition. The layers polymethylmethacrylate- ZnO, formed in conditions of laser assistance, show plasmon effect, they have layered structure, the dispersivity of it decreases with annealing. Annealing of the polymethylmethacrylate-ZnO coatings, which were obtained without laser treatment, leads to reduction of organic salt and formation of fine-grained structure.
