STRUCTURE AND ELECTRIC PROPERTIES OF NANOSTRUCTURED LAYERS OF POLIANILIN

Abstract:
It has been researched the morphology of layer's samples obtained by adsorption on the surface of monocrystalic silicon and fresh chip (spell) of high by oriented pyralitic graphite (carbon) from water solution of complexes, based on polianilin and polielectrolite-poli (2-acrilamid-2-metil-1-propanesulfacids) (PAMPS). We used APM (atom power microscopy) method for researching composite layers of polianilin (PAMPS). It was found that layers made of this material have got composite structure with typical relief's elements of nanometric size (28-146 nm). The samples are a two-phased system which consists from netted layers (PAMPS) and globular particles of polianilin. While researching of polianilin's layers (PAMPS), there were discovered some parts with maximum electrical conduction, corresponding to polianilin's grains. Layers have high degree of inhogeneity of spreading conducting areas, that caused with phase separation of components. Voltampere characteristics of PAMPS (sandwich-structure of layers) with voltage range 1-10V have nononmic dependence. While layers are ageing, there is an area of voltampere characteristic with negative differential conductivity of N-type. As a result, we found out that solution ageing of polianilin practically does not affect the morphology of particles but changes electrical properties of layers.
