Abstract:
There were prepared and studied heterostructures on the base of matrices with different concentration of CdSe and CdSe/ZnS nanoparticles in PI-A6 and MEH-PPV polyimide. Thin films and multi-layer structures of organic semiconductors with extremely high concentrations of CdSe and CdSe/ZnS nanoparticles were examined by laser-induced luminescence methods. Both in layers of nanoparticles and in nanoparticles in matrices, the interaction between nanoparticles and molecules of organic semiconductors is performed by charge transfer. The nanoparticles strongly influence upon voltage-current characteristics of heterostructures and can lead to conductivity increase by several orders of magnitude
