Abstract:

Problem statement. In modern metallurgical plants, the management system should include a set of technical and organizational solutions aimed at control, strategic planning and logistics. At the same time, the production process management system in metallurgical plants can be organized in various ways, which requires in-depth research. The purpose of the study is a comparative analysis of approaches to the organization of the management system of metallurgical industries.

Results. Various approaches are systematized, organizational principles are formulated, and it is established that the use of feedback functions contributes to improving management efficiency by allowing additional parameters to be taken into account.

Practical significance. The results obtained contribute to increasing the productivity, stability and competitiveness of metallurgical enterprises, which makes it possible to adapt production processes to rapidly changing conditions. A well-established management system helps ensure the resilience of enterprises to external factors and increases their attractiveness to investors and partners.
