The article considers a problem of plane's crew decompression prevention in case of a threat of sealed airplane cockpit (SAC) depressurization in high-altitude flight. As a preventive measure, a transition from the common control mode of pressure regulation to the mode of reduced pressure has been taken. Develop algorithms and methods of their implementation to prevent impact on the crew by critical values of pressure and its changing rate in a pressurized airplane cockpit in the transition mode between control modes switchable. Two potential algorithms are presented, and the control of a digital automatic pressure regulating system in a pressurized cockpit is synthesized, with pressure change rate limitation provided for by the control modes. On the basis of numerical experiments, the effectiveness of the proposed methods of change rate limitation is shown. An automatic pressure control system with a preventive function that helps to avoid the impact on a plane's crew by the dangerous rate of pressure change in a pressurized cockpit in the process of transition between switchable control modes is synthesized.
