Abstract:

This article presents the results of research conducted in the interests of the expert-methodological centre for the assessment and certification of qualifications of specialists (AMCOST) in the nuclear industry, established on the basis of the National nuclear innovative consortium (NAIC). The objectives of the study was: building a model of a single socio-personal competences, taking into account the requirements of the modern professional and educational standards; allocation in the model of latent personality factors that have a significant impact on the performance of various kinds of industrial activity. The study was conducted among a large sample of students of senior courses of MEPI applied mathematics and Informatics. Currently, the proposed models and methods adopted in the expert-methodological center of the nuclear industry for the certification of qualifications of employees of the nuclear industry.
