On the basis of the modern armament usage analysis, it is possible to conclude the request for the build-up of the complex system of the high precision weapon counteraction. The requirements both for the system as a whole and its elements are manifested as follows. It was proposed to put the existing system of command and control for the Army and weapons into the basis of the created system.
