Abstract:
of Monitoring and Information Security Risks Forecasting, ITMO University (St.-Petersburg) The ways of overcoming contradicts, arising during analyze of the grope HPW, are descripted. On the one hand description of the group HPW have to clarify the goal destination connecting with precise strike of the group target. From the other hand such description must contain the individual tactics of each weapon. The settlement of such contradiction is in using of functional standardizingtechnic supplied by the scientific school of academician Y.V. Guljajev. In article the structure of group operations for the set of HPM (group HPW) if investigated. The role of functional structure during form of procedures for group HPM and the success with the sevenlevel structure ISO/OSI for infocommunicationsystems are demonstrated.
