Service-oriented process architecture of information and control system of onboard multi-sensor environment surveillance complex

Abstract:
This article considers the software and functional architecture of information and control system of onboard multi-sensor environment surveillance complex. Presented architecture was developed within the framework of systematic synthesis. Developed architecture was founded on three key principles: 1. As a part of the information and control system it should be implemented centralized management system for creating and executing real-time workflow processes. 2. Information and control system components should be implemented as independent one from other passive services (developed under the concept of so-called \"black boxes\"), the exchange of data between them is carried out not directly but through a centralized management system. 3. Interaction technology of centralized management system with the services should be open, therefore it is advisable to choose for this purpose the most open and wide spread web technology. The prototype of information and control system that was implemented in accordance with obtained architectural principles is described in the article. Finally the quality evaluation results of the developed architecture are given.
