Abstract:
The article presents a method for calculating the main parameters of the cylindrical linear AC electronic motor on the equivalent magnetic circuit. It can be used for pre-calculation of the early stages of the motor designing to determine main geometric sizes and electromagnetic parameters of the cylindrical linear AC electronic motor for given values of driving force. Magnetic circuit calculation is performed in cylindrical frame of one pole pitch. Calculation methodology is based on the theory of electric and magnetic circuits. Based on magnet flux in the air gap obtained by calculating the driving force dependence from current is calculated. Calculating the longitudinal and transverse motor inductances, dependence of the supply voltage from frequency is built. Comparison of the calculation and experimental results allows us to conclude acceptable accuracy of the early stages of design.
