Currently the actual problem of managing large teams of developers of Internet applications, which consists in the difficulty of reallocating resources companies in the implementation of projects. This issue occurs due to the following features of the design, implementation and pilot operation of developed applications: a large number of requirements to finalize the product and fix bugs in the code that occurs at the stage of test operation and in preparation for delivery of the project to the customer caused by the dynamic sphere of the development of the Internet application; the need to simultaneously execute a large amount of diverse projects; the need for long term planning of the team. The method of redistribution of resources team Internet applications. The method is based on finding ways to distribute the tasks of the divisions between resources and performers, takes into account the importance of the tasks that are running or are new, as well as change in time priority.
