Abstract:
In this paper there is proposed a concept to develop a distributed architecture for data processing based on a mediator communication network. Under this concept there is proposed to increase autonomy of each sensor with the help of a specialized software implementing data pre-processing at sensor side and P2P interaction between the sensors in the process of data transfer. During such an interaction the data collection units implement not only the direct appointment but also participate in the process of data transfer between the other devices. Therefore the load of the data collecting devices is balanced in real time and the devices act both as mediators in the process of data exchange and as sensors in the process of data collection and processing. As an example there is described a solution for a distributed medical diagnosis system based on a network of autonomous sensors.
