The automated information system of a choice of products of high productive preparation in case of design of radio electronic system

Abstract:
The paper presents the automated information system of a choice of products of high productive preparation (AISCP) in case of design of radio electronic system (RES). In this system the choice of products and the related documents is based on using of information models of products and Unified system of design documentation for designation of products and documents. It is offered to integrate AISCP with a CAD of system engineering of SystemVue of the Agilent EEsof company for input of restriction-s parameters of the product and to integrate AISCP with electronic archives of the enterprises for obtaining all necessary documentation of the product. Such integration gives the possibility to expand the functional capabilities of the offered system. The algorithm of a choice of products and documents from electronic archives of the enterprises realized by means of AISCP is considered in the article. The basis of AISCP is the database, which provides storage and selection in a hierarchical format of library of information models of products of high productive preparation in case of design of RES. The logic diagram of the database of AISCP meets the requirements of normalization and allows to solve the problems considered above. The database includes eleven constant tables. The main table is the table in which the library of information models of products RES is stored. Remaining tables are auxiliary and serve for formation of parameters and designations of products and docu-ments in an information model. The information model of a product includes: the name of a product, hierarchical level of a product, parameters of a product, designation of a product, and also designation of the documents relating to this product and appropriated according to Unified system of design documentation. The main result of the work is the fact that the offered AISCP allows to reduce time and cost of design of RES and can be apply in case of design of the information, radio engineering, electronic and other systems constructed by the modular principle.
