The article describes one possible design solution creating a command and control of the machine provides in its systems engineering and program management capacities formations MRLS caliber, based on combat algorithms constructed taking into account the principles of network-centric command and control. The basis of the re-use of military control algorithm units of missile troops and artillery on the idea of an integrated and balanced use of reconnaissance, control, destruction and ensure integrated into an automated combat system of the armed forces. The technical means of command and control of the machine featuring the latest System Integrators and software solutions provided by currently scientific and technological progress and information technology.
