Abstract:
From the point of view of the theory of network-centric wars justified asymmetrical approach to the methodology of creating adaptive information management system for the army groups of mixed composition on the basis of the criterion «effectiveness - cost - feasibility», including new principles of construction and methods of forming the basic elements of the system that allows to create cost-effective, technically available, extremely fast way of creating a system of aerospace defence forces with the required combat effectiveness.
