Correcting for measurable perturbations in locally optimized control systems

Abstract:
Control systems while in operation are subject to a variety of perturbations, only a part of which may be measured or es-timated. The traditional approach of correcting for perturbations necessitate solving of a two-point boundary problem with disproportionate increase of dimensionality. The article studies a computationally economic approach for synthesis of control that allows for correcting for mea-surable perturbations without either enlarging state vector or solving two-point boundary problem.
