Approach to compare options service repair and maintenance of equipment automated systems

Abstract:
In the paper is developed the mathematical model of the repairman conveyor type, based on the use of the method in a background thread The model is designed to assess the temporal and loading characteristics of the operation of the service repair and maintenance of equipment automated systems The work of this service is formalized in the form of a closed multi-phase, multi-channel queueing network. Error estimation of the mathematical model was carried out using a simulation model implemented in the GPSS language. The difference of the results obtained with mathematical and simulation models is not more than 8%. To select the best option service equipment repair automated systems, from a set of alternatives, presented by a feasibility criterion. The criterion is based on minimizing the total financial losses of the company from faulty computers and payroll costs of employees engaged in the repair of equipment.
