Abstract:
Automated systems for data processing (ASDP) play a very important role for telecommunication companies when considering them as a quality measurement tools. According to the international recommendations,approved in the last years, these systems could periodically provide precise servicequality assessments focused on the perception of the end users, also known as Quality of Experience. For a service such as Internet browsing, this can be achieved by analyzing the technical information collected from the end customers devices, and using data analysis methodologies that allow to obtain a proper rating of the provided service.The aim of this paper is to present a new mathematical approach that would consider the parallel interaction of several technical parameters and users profile information to provide the assessment of the QoE from the users point of view.
