Using the JSM-method for solving the problem of extending the definition of the base of the facts in the assessment of complex organizational-technical systems

Abstract:
The paper proposes an approach to the assessment of complex organizational-technical systems (SOTS) based on DSM method of automatic generation of hypotheses. The aim is to develop a method for assessing the state of a competing enter-prise on the basis of competitive intelligence data. It is shown that the assessment of information systems (IS) from the values of their parameters are not always available fully in mind the nature of the conflict the competitive intelligence process, which determines the high degree of uncertainty of IP performance. Using expert knowledge, fuzzy logic and fuzzy inference to reduce the level of a priori un-certainty. However there is likely a situation where not enough to make a decision about its state of IP data available. As an indication of the state of the IP it is offered to use the knowledge about the structural relationships and interaction between IS konkuriruyuschey SOTS. To do this, use one of the proposed methods of data mining - DSM method of automatic generation of hypotheses. It was noted that in order to increase the validity of the decision on the status of cutting fluids necessary to minimize the number of ICs, the state of which is not defined, the most Extending the definition of the original BF DSS. A brief description of the method and DSM consider an example of process completions BF DSS Assessment competing SOTS by DSM method of automatic generation of hypotheses. Thus, in the article the method of valuation of IP status, taking into account the state of the IP of the original BF DSS Assessment competing SOTS, extending the definition of a system of fuzzy inference and structural interaction between IP inside SOTS. The developed method is proposed as a theoretical basis of one of the phases of the evaluation SOTS state.
