Abstract:
The cylindrical linear electronic motor with permanent magnets (CLEM) converts electrical energy into mechanical energy of the transla-tional motion of the secondary element. Electrical energy comes from power supply and mechanical energy used for secondary element reciprocation. CLEM inductor with three phase windings creates a traveling magnetic field and the secondary element comprises a non-magnetic rod with permanent magnets. The employees of electrical and electromechanical department of Perm National Research Polytechnic University (PNIPU) were designed and created the CLEM module and control system of the electric motor drive. Nominal force of module which has a rod one meter is 400 kgs. The control system provides reciprocating movement of the secondary element and can be used to drive the piston pump at rodless oil production. The article has a timing diagram of the CLEM control parameters. On basis of diagram there was obtained the mathematical description of the reciprocating motor mode. The CLEM control algorithm is implemented by C + in the Microsoft Visual Studio 2010. The control system allows to change the number of double strokes secondary element in the range (0,3-6) Hz. The frequency and voltage of CLEM are measured due to frequency converter. If the frequency is changed then the supply voltage is changed too according to the law that was obtained during the experimental studies. The block diagram of the control algorithm are given initial data: the number of double strokes secondary element, the current inductor winding while moving back and forth, the limiting temperature of the winding. On the basis of those initial data there is made calculations of the frequency, values of the supply voltage and the cycle time also there is performed starting and braking of CLEM. Experimental research of the CLEM drive confirmed that the developed control system allows working in a specified range of double strokes and at different stroke length of the secondary element.
