Abstract:
This article discusses methods of diagnostics and technical maintenance and repairs (M & R) paper machine (PM), which is designed for production of fibrous mass of paper. System monitoring and diagnostics has a hierarchical structure and includes a number of stages: cataloging diagnosed equipment; con-struction of a matrix of criticality; determining frequency of monitoring and the list of works of maintenance and repair; configure channel measurement and monitoring; measurement and monitoring of parameters of the components and transmission of data in the database; diagnosis and analysis of failures planning of work on elimination of failures; the determination of residual life of equipment in the operation and adjustment of the system control and diagnostics. In the algorithm of formation of the criticality matrix provides 3 levels of severity: 1 - critical equipment; 5 - critical equipment; 9 - critical equipment. Depending on the severity level of the selected M & R strategy. The first level corresponds to the strategy of «Reactive Maintenance». Equipment with a criticality rating of 5 and 9 are invited to serve on two strategies respectively: ODR inspection and online monitoring. If you select «Online monitoring» for each point of measurement of the selected measurement parameters and alarms, use standards: GOST 10816, ISO 10816. The solution of the problem of diagnostics of potential defects of elements of a paper machine includes the following steps: - Conduct analysis of the time signal. - To establish rules and an algorithm for determining causes by spectrum. - To determine the cause by applying decision rules. The important point in the vibration diagnostics is the correct interpretation of measurement results. Rational use of methods of analysis of the spectrum of the vibration signal after the diagnosis of one of the statistical methods, in cases where the diagnosed parameters are significantly higher than the Spectrum is a set of Delta function of the amplitudes of the harmonics from their frequency, therefore, can be formulated production rules for each type of malfunction. The PM equipment, in which a lot groups of items, the terms of which are unique to each machine. For such elements the information about the reliability of the items in the standard terms may not be complete and sufficiently specific. The paper uses an original method for determination of residual life based on censoriously samples. As a result of applying the method determines the parameters of the distribution function probability density of failure, based on which is calculated the residual resource of the node with a given level of reliability. This will allow in the operation of PM to obtain an initial estimated distribution function of failure intensity, which is refined with each successive failure. The experimental results confirm the adequacy of the method by which you can add to the criticality matrix the additional parameter «Predicted residual life of node», for more precise adjustments of the list and periodicity of the control node.
