Abstract:
When analyzing the signals multichannel communication systems utilizing time division multiply access important to determine the period burst. This task is expected to decide on the basis the correlation analysis of time-frequency image signal. In this key role played by the choice of time-frequency transform forming the image signal.
A comparison of the windowed Fourier transform (Gabor transform) and wavelet transform. The choice is made in favor of the wavelet transform having an adaptive time-frequency window. The next step in solving the task of choice forming transform is the choice analyzing wavelet. Offered the technique of wavelet selection on the based assessment of the interrelation with the analyzed signal, taking into account the impact of the choice of the transformation parameters. On the basis of this technique is estimated degree of correlation wavelets and a series of test records signals multichannel communication systems. Preference is given to Morlet wavelet having a high degree of correlation with the test signal.
Thus, the wavelet transform based on Morlet wavelet allows to form a time-frequency image signal is optimal from the point of view of determining the period burst signals multichannel communication systems utilizing time division multiply access.
