At present information completeness and proper understanding of tactical situation are key factors to successful operation ground-based air defense groups. But occasionally untrained personnel can-t competently accomplish their job, thus there is appeared problem of sufficient crew education. The article concerned about approach to a simulating tactical operation of ground-based air defense group in training educational systems, with key points to modeling of tactical situation, including antiradar missiles behavior, aviation and SAM activities. Simulated processes are treated as discreet processes, based on fixed time increments. Consecution of control unit actions is described and represented in block-diagrams. Algorithmic realization of this basic simulation allows extendable model for training systems to be made. Despite simplicity of this model, it is quite useful for some quality evaluation of crew skills.
