Synthesis of optimal regulator for motion control on-board radar system for tracking supersonic purposes

Abstract:
The method of tracking for high-speed targets becomes increasingly important in recent years. This is due to the development of hypersonic objects, the purpose of which is not always friendly. In the paper the synthesis algorithm trajectory control tracking traffic of radar system based on an Linear quadratic regulator. As a model of the motion «on board radar-supersonic target» is selected mathematical model of movement a rigid body around a fixed point. It is shown that the optimal control board tracking system must implement corrections speed of radar aircraft with maneuverability tracked target. The law of aircraft control was work out for the tracking of high-speed purpose based on the linear-quadratic regulator. The generated method may be used when implementing aircraft radar systems. This make an opportunity to provide a more accurate determination of the object coordinates and get an target designation various aircraft systems.
