Abstract:
The presented technique allows to analyze networks with switching of packages, to form the rational plan of distribution of information streams with use of methods of the combined adaptation, to define optimum productivity of transport central elements, to provide a choice of rational physical structure of a network of a broadband radio access at the expense of distribution of a resource of throughput on the basis of a quantitative estimation of connectivity of a network and the analysis of efficiency of use of an allocated resource, to use possibilities of a digital district map at planning placing of elements of a network.
