Abstract:
In the near future, IMS of territories and entities monitoring will become the information basis for further hi-tech economic development, and also for ecology problems solutions, safety ensuring and increase in population living standard. IMS modeling of territories and entities monitoring regarding the functioning particulars of heterogeneous monitoring facilities make it possible to optimize the monitoring facilities structure, and also to reduce their development and test dates. JSC «Corporation «Vega» has developed the modeling system «Dozor», which is designed for analytical, imitative and full-scale modeling of territories and entities monitoring IMS providing solutions for a wide range of application tasks. The specific features of application area of the developed modeling system in different level and designation situational centers determined the development of product in two versions - stationary and movable ones. The developed modeling system can be used to update the available remote monitoring systems and become the basis to set up an advanced multifunctional monitoring IMS of national economic entities using UAVs. The concerned authorities of ministries and the state agencies (Russian Ministry of Natural Resources, Russian Federal Forestry Agency, Russian Ministry of Agriculture, Russian Federal Agency for Water Resources, Russian Federal Subsoil Management Agency, Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resource Usage (Rospotrebnadzor), Russian Federal Fisheries Agency (Rosrybolovstvo), Federal Service of State Registration, Land Register and Mapping, Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Atomic Inspection, Russian Emergency Ministry, Russian Ministry of Home Affairs, STSI (The State Traffic Safety Inspectorate), Russian Federal Security Guard Service, Federal Service for Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare Rospotrebnadzor), fuel and energy complex organizations (Gazprom, Rosneft, Rosatom), entities of Russian Federation can be the potential users of the developed modeling system.
