Abstract:
The article discusses a method of educational process structural optimization at the university. It if offer to improve the educational process structure by automatization the decision support in the formation of the basic educational program and the curriculum, which determines the disciplines composition and sequence. The problem of correct didactic disciplines ordering constructing taking into account the restrictions imposed by educational standards is set in the paper. As the input data it is considered a list of disciplines, consisting of separate learning elements, as well as constraints on the total disciplines laboriousness of academic year and semester, taking into account the time allotted for practice, final certification, etc. Each discipline is characterized by laboriousness and didactic tiers with other disciplines. Requires create distribution disciplines on semesters that satisfies all the constraints and provides the most logical disciplines didactic order. The task of constructing curriculum p can be written as follows: , , where P - the acceptable solutions set, Q - the matrix of didactic tiers between disciplines. Model of the curriculum is a directed acyclic graph whose vertices are the disciplines, and the arcs represent the didactic tiers between them. Thus, the task of curriculum constructing can be seen as the task of building a graph quasi multilevel structure with a given number of levels and restrictions on level width. The curriculum optimality criterion based on two indicators that characterize the curriculum graph is proposed. The choice of optimal solutions from the set of graphs is performed on base of these indicators minimization and taking into account given the constraints. The proposed procedure finds the use for the formation of curricula for the federal state educational standards of higher education.
