Abstract:
Innovations in management based on information technology are the key mechanism for improving the management of the organization.
The aim is the creation of information-analytical system that allows formalize and standardize the results of the or-ganization\'s staff. Criteria of efficiency are formed based on the calculation of aggregate measures.
Currently is developed a prototype of information system, which is designed for storage and access to bibliographic references and supporting documents. The functionality of the software makes it possible to identify and visualize the quantitative performance indicators of research and educational activities.
Solved the following main tasks:
storing information on the activity results of the organization;
processing requests on obtain the necessary data;
elimination of redundancy and duplication of data;
forming of statistical reports;
flexible visualization of data analysis results;
comparison of achieved results with the plan.
The approach makes it possible to analyze and compare the results of intellectual activity, counting aggregates in accordance with the criteria of efficiency.
