Abstract:
The study is devoted to the prediction of complicated form in patient with acute appendicitis and forecasting of complication after lapa-roscopic appendectomy. Using sequential analysis of Wald constructed a decision rule for classifying patients in the preoperative group with complicated acute appendicitis and a group with uncomplicated form of the diseases. The was also an attempt to build a decision rule for predicting complications after laparoscopic appendectomy. The results can be used in surgical clinic.
