Abstract:
Evaluation of current technical developments for mHealth solutions and IoT interoperability. A review focused on technical problems of mHealth devices and applications interoperability and integration buses with APIs. The advantages and disad-vantages of each approach and solution are discussed. There is description of modern foreign and domestic solutions for realization of software and hardware interoperability, also as examples of web-platforms and special applications for mobile medicine. A medical network based on mobile devices have to be much more protected than typical wireless networks. Pa-tients - rights and safety must be provided according current legislation. There is the forecast for development of IoT for a few next years.
