Organization of the MicroGrid information measurement and control system

Abstract:
Today approach to intensify capacity centralized generation of electrical energy yields intellectualization of distributed networks, which leads to the development of intelligent power grid (IEES) ? Smart Grid, which is the concentration of its local segments MicroGrid. The article presents an approach to the organization of information measurement and control system of local IEES differing geographical and hierarchical distribution and aimed at effective operational and strategic management of the network. Based on the analytical review of global governance standards Smart Grid proposed structural organization of the distributed information measurement and control system MicroGrid, as the concept of the local segment IEES based on deep integration of energy and telecommunication infrastructures of local territory. Built multi-level architecture of information-measuring and control system local IEES consisting of lower level controllers represented consumers, the average level of implementing decentralized management monitoring, control and protection devices based on micro-management, and the upper level on the basis of the application server - base station support provider maintenance management of power equipment, planning modes electricity system, optimization of energy consumption standards, taking into account a set of conditions and factors. Undertaken the task of creating the formalization process, software, information, algorithms, network and organizational support for the distributed information measurement and control system based on the proposed MicroGrid architecture. As the prospects for rapid development and simulation of information measurement and control system MicroGrid provides the use of freely distributed software environments for example JEVis, allowing further significantly reduce the time and investing funds for the design and implementation of distributed systems, data collection, data processing and management. Thus, the article discusses a systematic approach organizing information measurement and control system MicroGrid, which allows us to consider many complex criteria and consider the requirements as to the hardware and to software and algorithmic component of the system.
