Abstract:
In the present socio-economic situation in Russia is characterized by the presence of preconditions for the development of small innovative enterprises. The main task of the modern stage of maintaining the positive results achieved by the development of business relations, a choice of a rational strategy of development of Russian business, creation of favourable conditions for the functioning of enterprises, in particular, to ensure their effective credit and investment support. Considering the small innovative enterprise as an object for investment, occurs actual task in the assessment of their competitiveness. The paper describes a method for solving this problem is based on the use of both ordered weighted averaging. The main advantage of this method - accounting acceptable form of compromise between estimates based on different criteria. The resulting integrated assessment can be interpreted as the level of competitiveness of the enterprise.
